Work Integrated Learning (WIL)

Carey Group has been recognised by James Cook University as an approved host for Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) students. We possess the capacity to accommodate WIL students specialising in various disciplines, including accounting, financial management, marketing, and human resources.

Graduate Application Process

Begin the process by completing our online application form, where we will gather essential information about you. Additionally, please provide a copy of your resume and the most recent academic transcript.
Our People & Culture team will conduct a phone interview with selected candidates.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview and assessment. We will send you comprehensive details and information to help you prepare. This stage will give you an opportunity to learn more about Carey Group and determine if it aligns with your career aspirations.
If you progress further, you will have another interview with both our People & Culture team and one of our Partners.
We will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. Initially, you will receive a verbal offer, followed by a written contract.
Once everything is finalised, you can start your new role at Carey Group. Commencing your career may seem overwhelming, but rest assured, we are here to support you and help you achieve your goals.
