    Practice Manager – Financial Planning

    Russell Nuss commenced at Carey Group in 2010 as a Client Service Officer (CSO) in the Financial Planning team and has since progressed to Practice Manager. He is also a Responsible Manager on the financial services licence, demonstrating his dedication to improvement, efficiency, and compliance.

    Senior Finance Manager

    Lauren commenced her role as Senior Finance Manager at Carey Group’s Townsville office in early 2024. With extensive experience in financial management, Lauren works to oversee and enhance the financial operations of Carey Group. As a member of the executive team and with a passion for digital transformation, she is eager to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.

    People and Culture Lead & IT and Digital Manager

    Trish joined Carey Group in 2012 and has been instrumental in overseeing the operational and IT aspects of the business. With extensive experience in managing these critical areas, Trish is dedicated to driving efficiency and innovation, using her expertise to support the organisation’s ongoing growth and success.

    Practice Manager – Accounting

    Sheree is an experienced business professional with more than 25 years of expertise spanning finance, operations, governance, risk, compliance, technology, and cyber security. As Accounting Practice Manager at Carey Group, she is responsible for operational leadership, compliance oversight, and supporting high-performing teams while driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, profitability, and client outcomes.

    Throughout her career, Sheree has led the implementation of systems, process improvements, and governance frameworks that strengthen service delivery, streamline operations, and support sustainable business growth. She is highly regarded for her strategic approach to risk and compliance management, commitment to operational excellence, and ability to align people, processes, and technology to achieve business objectives.

    Known for her collaborative leadership style, Sheree is dedicated to building team capability, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining strong governance and quality standards across the organisation.
