What should I do if I have a complaint?
  • If you have any complaints about the tax agent services we have provided to you, you should take the following steps:

    We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt if practicable to and we will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. We will let you know if we need any further information from you to resolve your complaint. Where we need more time (for example due to complexity or difficulties investigating your complaint), we will let you know what is happening and a date by which you can reasonably expect a response.
